  One-off business orders can use FPX corporate online banking; approved registered resellers may use Points recorded in their reseller accounts and funded by bank transfer, subject to the Distributor/Dealer Agreement and applicable law.

• Receipts and e-Invoicing

  Completed orders include itemised PDF receipts under Kira Labs Sdn Bhd. Where available and required, a validated e-Invoice may be requested subject to current MyInvois requirements.

• Batch a whole order

  Stack many numbers into one cart and pay once; each line keeps its own number, face value and live delivery status.

• Live delivery tracking

  The order screen refreshes every two seconds until every line reaches a final state, so you can identify lines that need attention.

How to get started

1. Email support@biller.my with your company name or SSM registration and expected monthly reload volume to begin onboarding.
2. If eligible, complete the required business, vetting and KYC checks. Account access begins after approval.
3. Review current product availability and your agreed pricing in the Biller app, use the applicable business payment option, and download receipts for completed orders.

Become an approved supply partner

Businesses authorised to supply supported prepaid products may apply under a written service agreement with Kira Labs Sdn Bhd. Approved partners support fulfilment and receive statements and settlement for accepted, delivered orders. Write to support@biller.my with the products you can lawfully supply.
